What does the system do?

The geoportal collects and analyzes data on social infrastructure and supports decision-making.

Single register

A single database of schools, kindergartens, healthcare, cultural heritage, sports and education facilities — with an electronic passport for each facility.

Spatial analysis

Coverage, accessibility and load are calculated by region, district and mahalla — problem areas are identified automatically.

Decision support

Answers to the question "Where should we build?", investment scenarios and a priority index — resources go where the need is greatest.
