Rights and obligations of foreign consultants

Rights — to demand that conditions be met and to receive information • Obligations — to complete assignments, submit reports and comply with the terms of the contract

Rights and obligations of the client organization

Obligations — to comply with contracts, provide working conditions and update the register monthly • Prohibited payments — only payments provided for in the contract are allowed

Final provisions

Employment — obtaining a work permit • Liability — those at fault are held liable in the established manner

Confidentiality

Maintaining confidentiality — unauthorized disclosure of information is not permitted during the term of the contract or after its termination
